Paul Morin, MD is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship trained in Sports Medicine. Dr. Morin joined Bond Clinic in 2006 and has been dedicated to the many sports teams in the area treating youth, high school, college and professional athletes. He has been the Orthopedic Surgeon for the Tropics SC since their inaugural season in 2016. Dr. Morin continues to grow the Sports Medicine Program at Bond Clinic and prides himself in offering complete sports medicine care in the area.

Joel Muhlbach, MS, LAT, ATC

An Orlando, Florida native, Joel Muhlbach joined the Bond Clinic, P.A. Sports Medicine department in January 2020 and is currently working with the Florida Tropics Soccer Club as their Head Athletic Trainer. He is responsible for coordinating with the Bond Clinic P.A. Sports Medicine physicians regarding the medical status and treatment of the Indoor MASL and Outdoor UPSL Florida Tropics SC players.

Prior to his time at Bond Clinic P.A., Joel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Limestone College in 2013. He was added onto the Rollins College Athletic Training staff shortly after providing medical coverage for their Women's Basketball and Women's Lacrosse student-athletes. Additionally, he has worked at the K-Academy and Coach K Duke Basketball Camps. During his tenure at Rollins College, Joel received his Master's Degree in Kinesiology with concentration in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Corrective Exercise through A.T. Still University.

Gene Estep

Gene Estep is National Board Certified and Florida Licensed in Athletic Training. Born in Tampa, Florida and raised in Norcross, Georgia, he returned to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida where he earned his Bachelor degree and later his Masters in Athletic Training with a specialization in Youth Sports Injury from the USF College of Medicine.

Gene has been employed with Bond Clinic, P.A since 2010 and is currently the Clinical Coordinator for the Sports Medicine Athletic Training Department. He has experience as the Head Athletic Trainer for: All Saints Academy, Polk State College, and the Florida Tropics indoor and outdoor teams soccer teams. In addition, he continues to organize, oversee, and provide Athletic Training coverage for multiple high schools through a community outreach program and is a point of contact for contracting coverage for private sporting events across Polk County.
