LAKELAND, Fla. – Tickets are now available for the Florida Tropics home game in the semi-finals round of the 2021-22 Ron Newman Cup playoffs set for Saturday, April 23 at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland.

And as has been the case all years, team sponsors will be providing free general admission tickets to the game.

The “Tropics Blitz” program – sponsored by Bond Clinic and Advent Health – allows fans to simply pay to park, and then get the same number of free general admission tickets as there are occupants in the vehicle.

Single occupant vehicles will play $10 to park, while vehicles with two to eight persons will pay $20. Larger vehicles with nine or more occupants will pay $30. Fans are encouraged to sign up in advance to take advantage of the offer at since free tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

“We need to pack the house – our fans are so important to us – and our sponsors are allowing us to do just that by providing free tickets to the game,” Coach Clay Roberts said. “The atmosphere at our first home playoff game ever against St. Louis recently was electric, our guys really fed off the energy and emotion of the fans. Our sponsors have recognized that giving families a low-cost option of a great evening of local sports and entertainment during this ongoing pandemic is a way to give back to the community, so there’s no reason fans all across Polk County and Central Florida will come out to cheer us on to a championship.”

Fans that want the best seats guaranteed can also purchase 100 level seats, and 200 level midfield seats for $15 and $10 respectively. Tickets can be purchased through the RP Funding website at
