Hat trick nets Diegues honorable mention All MASL team selection

The reigning MASL Player of the Week, Ricardo Diegues of the Florida Tropics SC, has earned All MASL team honorable mention for Week 10.

Diegues, who leads the team with 11 goals and 11 assists for 22 points, had his second straight four-point game Sunday afternoon in St. Louis, with three goals and an assist. On Dec. 23, he had three assists and a goal to earn All MASL Team and Player of the Week honors.

The Tropics have an important showdown Saturday night against the Syracuse Silver Knights on SYKES Field at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland. Kickoff is at 7:35.
