Parreiras, Manfut are honorable mention ALL MASL picks for week nine

LAKELAND, Fla. – Two Florida Tropics SC forwards – Victor Parreiras and Antonio Manfut – earned All MASL honorable mention picks following their two goal performances in a 9-7 win over St. Louis last Saturday in Lakeland.

Manfut, playing in just his second game since being acquired Jan. 16 in a trade with the Ambush, has three goals now in two games with Florida. 

Parrerias broke a 7-7 fourth-quarter tie with his restart goal from the top of the arc, and added an insurance marker a littler later in the period converting a shoot out opportunity.

The Tropics will be on the road for a pair this weekend including Friday night in St. Louis in a 7:35 (CST) start. They will make a quick turnaround to meet the Kansas City Comets Saturday afternoon in KC in a 1:05 p.m. (CST_ kickoff. Both games will be broadcast live at www.masl.tv.
