Tropics fall in overtime at St. Louis, 3-2; will head home to finish regular season

ST. CHARLES, Missouri -- The St.  Louis Ambush defeated the Florida Tropics 3-2 Sunday afternoon in a  Major Arena Soccer League game in Missouri, getting the game winning goal from James Thomas 60 seconds into overtime.

William Eskay, the host's leading goal scorer this year, tied the game with 34 seconds to play in regulation, his second of the game. 

Florida got goals from Vini Dantas and Rafa Alves, and outshot St. Louis 35-21.

The Tropics will be at home Sunday, March 26 against Utica, March 31 against St. Louis and again April 2 against the Ambush to close the regular season.
