LAKELAND, Fla. – The Florida Tropics will make their fourth appearance in the United Premier Soccer League starting in April with a 10-game regular season schedule.

The Tropics will play in the UPSL’s Premier League, Florida West Division along with seven other teams, many of whom were on the Tropics schedule last season when the team advanced all the way to the UPSL National Final Four, winning the southeastern conference championship.

Florida opens on the road April 2 against the Clearwater Chargers and will be on the road two more times in April for games against the St. Petersburg Aztecs on April 16 and  April 23 against Leg A-Z International.

On Memorial Day weekend, the Tropics will hook up with expansion team Lakeland United on May 28, and then be back home the first two Saturday’s in June in matchups against Clearwater and Lakeland again.
