In advance of home opener Saturday, Reget honored as All MASL pick for Week 3

LAKELAND -- Local soccer fans have one more reason to attend Saturday's Major Arena Soccer League home opener for the FLorida Tropics Saturday.

It will be their first chance to see budding star Zach Reget on the RP Funding Pitch, after we has named to the MASL Team of the Week after helping the Tropics to consecutive road wins last weekend, leaving Florida undefeated and alone at 3-0 atop the league's Eastern Conference standings.

Reget scored back to back goal in Orlando Dec. 5, the start of six straight Tropics goals, to lift Florida to an 8-5 win, and then added a goal Saturday, Dec. 7 as Florida sent shock waves throughout the league with a 5-4 triumph over the defending-champion Milwaukee Wave.
